Any items delivered to you from us are cleared from our Health and Safety team on the day of delivery. If you have purchased Furniture, Garden Products, Cloths or Home Appliances, please expect delays of 14 - 21 days at most. To cancel your order, please contact the Vendor or Seller you made your purchase with online. With regret, the option for customers to choose a date is no longer available due to government restrictions.
